To ask the Minister for Health if the outcomes and recommendations of a quality assurance review of in-home care packages and respite care for children with complex needs and life-limiting conditions residing within CHO area 1 has now been completed; if so, the findings contained therein; if copies of the report have been furnished to the families interviewed as part of this review process; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As these are a service matter I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
