My Department has received a number of representations from members of the public, including the correspondence referred to by the Deputy, in respect of applications for Prospecting Licences for PL Areas 1698 and 4087 in Belturbet, Co Cavan. The issues raised in the correspondence have been considered and a reply was issued on 28 September 2017.  I have asked my Department to provide a copy of the response to the Deputy.
