To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that County Galway had one of the largest yearly increases in the number of persons with diabetes requiring in patient treatment for diabetic foot ulceration; the reason for the sudden increase; if funding for a further podiatrist in County Galway will be made available in budget 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
