To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1015 of 26 July 2017, the composition of the minimum dataset; the data which will be collected; the degree to which each hospital will be required to adhere and submit to the data collection; the way in which it will help document necessary information on outpatient hospital cancellations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
