The decision on this case was reviewed by the Department's Regional Inspector. He upheld the original decision and informed the herdowner of this by letter dated 28 August 2017. 

The letter also pointed out that the person named has the option to appeal the review decision to the independent Agricultural Appeals Office if they so wish.
