The Flat Rate Expenses Allowance referred to by the Deputy was negotiated between PDFORRA, on behalf of its members, and the Office of Revenue Commissioners and these negotiations did not involve my Department. Therefore any claim to extend the allowance would be a matter for PDFORRA and the Revenue Commissioners.
