The Labour Court is an independent workplace dispute resolution body providing a comprehensive service for the resolution of disputes concerning industrial relations and employment rights. The Labour Court is not a court of law. The operation of the Court andits businessis a matter for the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation.
