At present there is no Irish Company offering qualified X509 Certificates for e-signing. An X509 certificate can be obtained from a Certification Service Provider or Trust Service Provider in other countries. Certificates issued by a qualified entity in any EU country must be recognised and accepted for business in other EU countries.
