To ask the Minister for Health the procedures in place whereby persons who are in full-time residential care under the HSE and in which family members are consulted regarding their care plan and the person in care making payments to the HSE on a weekly or monthly basis from their social welfare payment for top-up services; the categories of services that are covered by same; the number of persons who are making such payments; and the amount involved on an annual basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
