To ask the Minister for Health his plans to provide a designated area or facility within the HSE's portfolio or otherwise in Drogheda, County Louth, to allow for meetings to take place for the carers of persons with mental health issues; if so, the facilities available in Drogheda that would be suitable; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
