To ask the Minister for Health the date on which his attention was drawn to equipment failure having occurred at the cardiac rehabilitation unit at Letterkenny University Hospital leading to the closure of the facility; if a formal request from the hospital for additional resources and-or supports to replace and-or repair equipment at the unit has been received; if so, the date this request was received; if additional supports have been sanctioned; if so, the date this formal approval was given; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
