312. The only State body currently under the aegis of the Department of Defence is the Army Pensions Board. As the Army Pensions Board does not have its own budget, all expenditure and financial transactions relating to it are administered by my Department through the Army Pensions Vote, Vote 35.  Consequently the Board is not required to have a tax clearance certificate.
