​Under the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, each agency is required to confirm its compliance with obligations under tax law.  The position of the agencies in relation to 2015 and 2016 was set out in my response to Parliamentary Question  No. 1883 of 20 June 2017.  In relation to the specific information requested by the Deputy, I am forwarding this to the agencies under my Department's remit for direct response to the Deputy.
