193. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation her plans to build on a site (details supplied) in County Cork in order to attract new businesses; her views on the type of buildings that might be appropriate to attract companies to the site in question; and if she will make a statement on the matter. While IDA Ireland has no immediate plans to construct a building on the site in Fermoy Business Park, the property would be suitable for both manufacturing purposes and offices.

The needs of companies vary significantly when it comes to investment sites. I understand that an advantage of the property in question is that it offers flexibility in terms of potential layouts and buildings sizes. This should help make the site more attractive to potential investors.
