To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the schemes offered by her Department that allow for benefits to persons, organisations or companies in the form of a tax break or direct grant to support items of arts, heritage, cultural or regional importance; the amount of money which has been granted or allowed to these schemes in each of the past five years; and the persons, organisations or companies involved. There are a number of such schemes available across the range of my Department’s activities and these are set out on my Department’s website, including, where appropriate, the recipients of these grants, etc. My Department would be happy to provide further details on any specific scheme in which the Deputy may be interested.
