To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the payment rates per hectare that applied in each ANC disadvantaged land category before the changes implemented to payment criteria in the 2007-08 period; and the annual allocation to ANCs over the period 2005 to 2016 in tabular form.
