I wish to advise the Deputy that my Department has no record of receiving an application for additional temporary accommodation from the schools in question.

It is open to the schools to submit an application to my Department and an application form may be accessed on my Department's website .  Any application received will be considered in the context of the competing demands on my Department's capital budget imposed by the need to prioritise available funding for the provision of essential classroom accommodation to meet demographic need and to accommodate additional teacher appointments.
