I am advised by Revenue that following a review of the information submitted by the person concerned, the person would appear to be eligible for the Help To Buy scheme.  Revenue has also indicated that have previously been in contact with the person concerned, regarding matters related to the application. When those matters are attended to, Revenue will be able to consider the application further.
