The National Transport Authority (NTA) in cooperation with the relevant local authority is responsible for the administration and expansion of the public bikes scheme in the Greater Dublin area.

I have forwarded your question to the NTA for consideration and direct response to you. If you have not received a reply with 10 working days please contact my office.
