​I take it that the Deputy is referring to the fact that, if an application for a driving licence is not complete and in order, it has to be resubmitted. This is normal practice for many kinds of application, and I have no plans to change it in this case. Any specific queries in this regard should be sent to the Road Safety Authority who have statutory responsibility for the driver licensing service.
