To ask the Minister for Health the reason school-going children are treated differently if they are referred from Nenagh hospital, County Tipperary or South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel, County Tipperary in the cost of prescription eye glasses if the child needs a high prescription or a special frame (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
