The National Transport Authority (NTA) is responsible for the administration and development of the Dublin public bikes scheme in cooperation with the relevant local authority. Noting the NTA's responsibility in the matter, I have referred the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
