To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the detail of each of the 12 completed environmental prosecution cases taken by Inland Fisheries Ireland in 2016; the geographic location each case related to; the sector or industry each case related to; the number of successful prosecutions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
