To ask the Minister for Health the number of HIQA reports into residential services for persons with disabilities, per county, which have found instances of non-compliance of regulations, in each of the years 2013 to 2016 and to date in 2017; if he will report on the follow up to these inspections; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
