I refer the Deputy to Parliamentary Question No 145 of 9^thFebruary 2017. The client concerned has not, to date, submitted the documentation requested by the Department regarding her Rent Supplement claim. On receipt of same, the client’s entitlement will be re-assessed.

The client concerned is currently in receipt of their maximum entitlement to Rent Supplement in line with legislation.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
