To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the position regarding persons who have purchased tax-saver commuting tickets who have had to pay for private or alternative transport to work during the Bus Éireann strike; if there is a procedure in place to claim back expenses incurred during the dispute; and if there is a procedure in order to claim back moneys paid on the tax saver scheme in view of the transport that was not available during disputes.
