452. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 170 and 171 of 26 January 2017, and correspondence (details supplied), the reason no contact has yet been made with the person; if he has satisfied himself with the efficiency of the HSE in dealing with this matter in view of the fact that the response from the HSE is impacting on the quality of life and the health and well-being of the person; if he will take immediate action to insist that this case be resolved by the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Unfortunately in the time available, it has not been possible to investigate all the issues raised. I have therefore asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly on this matter.
