Information from military records show that the individual in question was issued a Service medal in September 1993. If it is a case that for some reason this ex-member of the Defence Forces did not receive his medal at that time, then contact should be made with the Regulations Staff Officer in “A” Administration, Defence Forces Headquarters, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
