To ask the Minister for Health the number of children aged five or under five years of age with life-limiting conditions in receipt of a home support service in each LHO; the number of applications for the service for each of the years 2012 to 2016 and to date in 2017; the number of applications for such a service for children under five years of age with life-limiting conditions with disabilities received in each LHO in each of the years 2012 to 2016 and to date in 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
