An application for One Parent Family Payment (OFP) dated 23rdFebruary 2017 was received from the person concerned on 9thMarch 2017. A letter dated 9thMarch 2017 issued to the client requesting copy of bank statement and details of maintenance payments.
On receipt of this information a decision will be made on the OFP application.
