364. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the number of freedom of information requests received by her Department on which the Office of the Chief State Solicitor has incurred expenses for each of the past three years and to date in 2017; and the amount of fees for counsel and other legal costs incurred respectively, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017. My Department did not seek advice from the Chief State Solicitor's Office in relation to Freedom of Information requests received from 2014 to date nor has it incurred any legal costs fees in relation to FOI requests received during that period.
