To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the number of freedom of information requests received by his Department, on which the Office of the Chief State Solicitor has incurred expenses, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017; and the amount of fees for counsel and other legal costs incurred respectively, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017. My Department did not incur any fees for legal counsel or any separate legal costs, including through the Chief State Solicitor’s Office, on Freedom of Information requests received by the Department in 2014, 2015, 2016 or to date in 2017.
