To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the number of Freedom of Information requests received by his Department, on which the Office of the Chief State Solicitor has incurred expenses, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017; and the amount of fees for counsel and other legal costs incurred, respectively, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017. There were no Freedom of Information requests received by the Department of Education and Skills that the Chief State Solicitor's Office incurred expenses on dealing with for the past three years to date.
