To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of freedom of information requests received by her Department on which the Office of the Chief State Solicitor has incurred expenses for each of the past three years and to date in 2017; and the amount of fees for counsel and other legal costs incurred respectively, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017. There has never been any involvement of the Chief State Solicitor's Office in any Freedom of Information requests received by my Department.

My Department has not received any Freedom of Information requests in the past three years in which the Chief State Solicitor’s Office had any involvement.
