To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if, with regard to the case of a person (details supplied), the State is in a position to offer an apology on the basis of the subsequent chain of events; if she will provide further information regarding the circumstances of the person's transferral to Northern Ireland; if consent was sought from the person's parent for such a transfer; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
