Almost 14,000 applications were submitted to the third tranche of the GLAS scheme (GLAS 3). To date some 12,600 of these applications have been approved into the Scheme and the breakdown these cases requested by the Deputy is set out in the following table. The remaining 1,400 GLAS 3 applications are currently being reviewed by my Department and decisions on these applications will be made shortly.
