Dealing with FOI requests forms part of the usual duties of officials and the time spent on processing such requests are not monitored separately.  In cases where search and retrieval time was more than 5 hours, fees are charged and the number of cases where this occurred is set out in the table below:

My Department incurred no legal fees in responding to FOI requests received during the period in question.
