To ask the Minister for Health how many of the nine speech and language therapists allocated to the Louth and Meath services in 2016 that have started in their roles; if any other staff allocations have been made in this section to date in 2017; and if there are plans to allocate any further resources to the area in 2017 for the Louth and Meath area [8258/17]
