To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 160 of 8 February 2017, if he will confirm that he will not commence the restrictions in Part 4 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 regarding the eligible areas for receipt of HAP, in view of the fact that there is such a shortage of rental properties in Dublin currently; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
