To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the person who controls and manages the warning sign fail on approach to a level crossing; if it is a member of Irish Rail staff; and if that person is insured in the event of an accident that they may cause on Irish Rail property or if it is a matter for An Garda Síochána or the local authority.
