To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason CIÉ agreed in 2013 to extend the term of the 1998 MDA agreement with the NAMA appointed receiver in view of the fact that the term was about to expire and the land reverted back to CIÉ unencumbered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
