To ask the Minister for Health if he will request the HSE to advise as to the illnesses and-or the particular stage of the illnesses that the HSE determine that a person is entitled to a medical card on the basis of the medical report alone even if the person does not qualify from an income point of view; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
