To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a psychiatrist who had been dealing with inpatient care at St. Vincent's Psychiatric Hospital, Fairview, tendered a resignation in the summer of 2016 and left the post just after Christmas, and has not yet been replaced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
