To ask the Minister for Health the way in which the services of the community intervention teams in south and north Tipperary have been advertised to hospitals, general practitioners and other community sources to ensure that as many referrals as possible are made that will keep persons out of hospital and away from accident and emergency departments; his plans to advertise the service directly to the public; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
