To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs when she expects a social worker to be appointed to persons (details supplied) in County Cork who are going through the inter-country adoption process; the remaining steps in the process; the estimated timeframe; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Tusla, the Child and Family Agency has advised me that upon receipt of the necessary documentation Tusla will allocate a social worker as soon as is practically possible.
