The person named submitted a 2016 Transfer of Entitlements application seeking the transfer of entitlements by Inheritance as transferee. A letter issued to the person named on 30 November 2016 seeking additional documentation in order to facilitate the further processing of the transfer application. A representative from my Department has since been in contact with the legal representatives of the deceased who has confirmed that the outstanding documentation will be submitted shortly. Once this documentation is received by my Department the Transfer of Entitlements application will be finalised with a view to payment issuing shortly thereafter.
