There is no set establishment for civilian numbers employed in the Defence Forces Training Centre (DFTC). Civilian Employees are recruited by my Department based on the prioritised needs and operational requirements of the Defence Forces. In this regard military management have identified a number of priority vacancies in the DFTC and these posts are being filled as part of an ongoing recruitment programme. There are currently 131 civilians employed in the DFTC.
