To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will request Iarnród Éireann to revert to the parking charges and arrangements that existed at the car park close to St John's Church, Dublin Road, Kilkenny prior to the car park being taken into the charge of Iarnród Éireann; and if he will expedite the matter.
