To ask the Minister for Health when the full-time permanent nursing post (details supplied) attached to the Tipperary substance misuse centre, which has been vacant since August 2016, will be advertised and filled with a permanent placement; the reason for the delay in filling this post with a permanent placement in view of the fact that expressions of interest have been forthcoming; his plans to utilise the underspend associated with this position being vacant and not fully utilised since August 2016; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
