To ask the Minister for Health the restrictions at Nenagh accident and emergency department, County Tipperary in the diagnosis and treatment of a five year old child with a fractured arm; the reason these restrictions exist in a HSE accident and emergency facility; the other restrictions there are on the staff in the diagnosis and treatment of children at this facility; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
